WE REQUIRE A PLAT ACT AFFIDAVIT FOR ANY TRANSFER OF PROPERTY THAT IS A SPLIT OR PART OF.
The legislators recently passed HB3878 which increases the Rental Housing Support fee by an additional $10.00. This affects all 102 Counties throughout the State of Illinois. Putnam County's new recording fee will be $79.00 EFFECTIVE July 1, 2023, for standard documents and $111.00 for non-standard documents. Non-RHSP documents will remain at $60.00.
