PUTNAM COUNTY BOARD
MAY 23, 2017, 7:00 P.M.
A Public Hearing was called for by the Putnam County Board on May 23, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. in the Board Room at the Putnam County Courthouse in Hennepin, Illinois. Putnam County Board Chairman Steven Malavolti called for the hearing to come to order.
Roll call was taken by the Clerk of the County Board with Duane Calbow, Sheila Haage, Steven Malavolti, and Luke Holly answering. Board member William Holmes was unable to attend the hearing.
The Public Hearing was called to inform the public of a proposed “RESOLUTION ABATING TAXES IMPOSED ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE BUREAU-PUTNAM AREA (2017) ENTERPRISE ZONE”. The board will hold a Special Meeting of the Putnam County Board on June 1, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. at which time the board will consider approval and adoption of said resolution.
The board discussed the logistics of the “new” enterprise zone.
There were no members of the public present for the hearing.
At 7:40 A.M., the board ended the hearing.
