SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PUTNAM COUNTY BOARD

Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 12:00 P.M.

A Special Meeting of the Putnam County Board was called to order at 12:03 P.M. on October 27, 2021, via zoom by Putnam County Board Chairman Charlie Lenkaitis. 

Roll call was taken by the Clerk of the County Board with Steven Malavolti, Luke Holly, Tony Rue, Floyd Holocker, and Charles Lenkaitis answering.  

The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2021-2022 Prospective Budget for the County of Putnam. The budget lines and amounts were read off and with little discussion, the budget was approved for posting. Board member Malavolti moved to approve the 2021-2022 prospective budget for the County to post.  Board member Rue seconded the motion and the motion was carried on a roll call vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 absent. 

The Putnam County Clerk was asked to publish the budget on the website and submit a legal publication to the paper. Pursuant to the State Statute, the budget must be posted prior to official Adoption for public inspection. The budget is on file at the office of the County Clerk and on the Putnam County website www.co.putnam.il.us. The budget will be open for public inspection by any interested parties as of 10/28/2021. 

At 12:34 P.M., board member Malavolti moved to adjourn the special meeting. Board member Holly seconded the motion and the motion was carried on a board vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 absent.
