A meeting of the Putnam County Board’s Finance Committee was called to order at 5:30 P.M. on September 17, 2018, in the Board Room at the Putnam County Courthouse in Hennepin, Illinois by Putnam County Board Chairman Steven Malavolti.
Roll call was taken with Duane Calbow and Steven Malavolti answering. Board members Sheila Haage, William Holmes, and Luke Holly were absent for the roll call. Also present for the meeting was Deputy County Clerk & Recorder Mary Ann Brouwer.
This meeting of the Putnam County Board’s Finance Committee was called to discuss the Annual Appropriation Ordinance (budget) for the Fiscal Year beginning December 1, 2018 and ending November 30, 2019. The committee began an inventory of the budgets submitted by the office holders / department heads prior to the meeting. It was noted that a number of budgets have yet to be submitted.
At 6:50 P.M., the meeting was suspended until Monday, September 24, 2018, at 5:30 P.M. At that time, the Finance Committee will meet to continue the budgetary process for Fiscal Year December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019. The next Regular Meeting of the Putnam County Board is scheduled for Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 5:30 P.M.
