Print the application, fill it out, and send it to this office or drop it off anytime.
The first date this office will mail out a ballot for the General Primary is May 19, 2022.
Note: There are 2 different types of Applications this year.
1. PERMANENT Vote by Mail Ballot Application which means you are requesting to be put on a list for all future elections to receive a ballot by mail.
2. Application for Vote by Mail Ballot for this current election only.
